We provide FREE Worldwide shipping. All our prints are packed securely in either a thick cardboard envelope or a hard cardboard roll.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your print to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The cost of shipping the print back to us is the responsibility of the customer.

When will I receive my order?
All orders are printed and shipped within 48hrs of the order being placed. Depending on where you are in the world your order should arrive within 5-7 days.
Will I be provided with a tracking number?
Yes! Tracking numbers are provided 48hrs after the order is placed.
Can I meet Bill in person?
Yes! Bill holds an art stall at Tallahassee Downtown Market every Saturday 9am-1pm March through to December and he would love to meet you.
Do you take commissions?
Bill no longer takes commissioned work but feel free to send through your suggestions via the "contact" page and he may well add the ideas to his list.
Are originals available?
Bill's originals are usually kept within the family but feel free to contact us if there is a particular painting you are interested in.
