I painted Sanibel Island Light because it tells a story most people miss. Built on the eastern tip of the island, it’s one of the first lighthouses to rise along Florida’s Gulf Coast north of Key West and the Dry Tortugas. Back then, it marked the way into San Carlos Bay—guiding ships toward Punta Rassa. Today, it stands as a quiet witness to a wilder time, where the sea decided who stayed and who didn’t. This watercolor captures that history, sunlight, and salt air in one timeless view.

We provide FREE Worldwide shipping. All our prints are packed securely in either a thick cardboard envelope or a hard cardboard roll.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your print to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The cost of shipping the print back to us is the responsibility of the customer.

Can I meet Bill in person?

Yes! Bill holds an art stall at Tallahassee Downtown Market every Saturday 9am-1pm March through to December and he would love to meet you.
